YAY! Finally, I get to be the first to review a restaurant... I was in Virginia on a business trip from California. My coworker suggested this place because he's been there a few times before.. GREAT BBQ joint!! Everything was excellent.. hush puppies, cole slaw, potatoes, ribs, brisket, bbq shrimp.. and real sweet tea!! On the tables there are both South Carolina vinegar style bbq sauce and Virginia sweet style bbq sauce.. I couldn't decide which I liked better, so I kept dipping my food in both.. before we ate the owner, Charlie Sibley, came by our table and offered us a tour of the back where we saw the smoker and their hickory wood pile.. great food, great people, great service.. we don't have bbq like this in the Bay Area.. ~ Fiel R., San Jose, CA
